Evolution of the Light Therapy Lamps

All kinds of lamps have been around a long time before Light Therapy Lamps were ever developed, with the first lamp being invented around 70,000 BC. If a slight sensitivity begins to develop, adjust the intensity or brightness, and then the duration settings. Everyone has a different sensitive to the morning light, so some will need less and some will need more.
